Adult Assessment Services
-
I offer psychodiagnostic assessments designed to better understand current functioning and provide diagnostic clarity for ADHD, autism, and associated mental health conditions. These assessments can be completed virtually or in-person.
The general process looks like this:
Before your first appointment, you will complete questionnaires to provide some background information.
Your first appointment (2 hours) will consist of a clinical interview. I want to hear your story: What led you to seek an assessment for yourself, and what are you hoping to get from this assessment?
After your appointment, you will have questionnaires to complete online in your own time. These questionnaires allow me to gather some additional information about the difficulties you are experiencing.
A feedback session (1 hour) is scheduled at a later date to discuss the findings.
A comprehensive written report is provided to you after the feedback session.
Depending on your specific needs and goals, this process might look slightly different. The entire process usually takes approximately 2 months from your first appointment to receiving your report.
The total fee for this service is $2,025.00 (based on 9 clinical hours).
Note: An informant (someone who knows you well) can be included in the assessment process. For example, you may wish to have your informant accompany you to your initial appointment, and/or complete questionnaires to offer their perspective. Having an informant is optional.

A psychoeducational assessment involves cognitive and academic testing and is used to assess for and diagnose specific learning disorders and/or to identify giftedness. More generally, psychoeducational testing provides a comprehensive understanding of a student’s thinking and learning profile. These assessments are useful for informing academic accommodations in post-secondary settings.
The general process looks like this:
Before your first appointment, you will complete questionnaires to provide some background information.
An intake interview (1 hour; virtual or in-person) to gather additional information about your areas of concern.
In-person testing, typically completed in two, 3-hour appointments. You will complete various tasks that will assess your thinking and problem-solving, as well as academic tasks (i.e., reading, writing, and math).
Online questionnaires to be completed in your own time.
A feedback session (1 hour; virtual or in-person) is scheduled at a later date to review the results of the assessment.
A comprehensive written report is provided after the feedback session.
Depending on your specific needs and goals, this process might look slightly different. The process usually takes approximately 1 to 2 months from the completion of testing to receiving your report.
The total fee for this service is $3,150.00 (based on 14 clinical hours).
Note: An informant (someone who knows you well) can be included in the assessment process. For example, you may wish to have your informant accompany you to your intake appointment, and/or complete questionnaires to offer their perspective. Having an informant is optional.

Child & Adolescent Assessment Services
-
I offer psychodiagnostic assessments designed to better understand current functioning and provide diagnostic clarity for ADHD, autism, and associated mental health conditions.
Before your child’s first appointment, you will complete background questionnaires. The first appointment, scheduled for 2 hours, will consist of an interview with the child/adolescent and their parent(s)/caregiver(s). For very young children, we will arrange for a separate, play-based appointment.
There will be parent/caregiver questionnaires to complete online. Questionnaires may be sent to the child’s teacher, as well. Older children and adolescents will complete self-report questionnaires.
A feedback session is scheduled at a later date to discuss the findings. For younger children, a separate child-friendly feedback is scheduled after the parent feedback session. A comprehensive written report is provided to you after the feedback session.

A psychoeducational assessment involves cognitive and academic testing and is used to assess for and diagnose specific learning disorders and/or to identify giftedness. More generally, psychoeducational testing provides a comprehensive understanding of a student’s thinking and learning profile. These assessments are useful for informing academic accommodations (i.e., Individual Education Plans).
A psychoeducational assessment generally consists of 3 to 4 appointments. A parent/caregiver intake interview is conducted to gather background information and current concerns. This can be done virtually or in-person and normally takes 1 hour. Next, in-person testing is typically completed across two, 3-hour appointments. Questionnaires will be sent for the client, caregiver(s), and/or teacher(s) to complete online. A feedback session (1 hour; virtual or in-person) is scheduled at a later date to discuss the findings. For younger children, a separate child-friendly feedback is scheduled after the parent feedback session. A comprehensive written report is provided to you after the feedback session.
Note: In general, clients age 16+ provide their own consent for the assessment. For these clients, I will typically conduct an intake interview with them at their first in-person appointment, and then obtain their consent to conduct an interview with a parent/caregiver.
